By downloading, installing, or using the Wefluence mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Wefluence is a platform that connects brands with content creators for User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns. The service includes:
- Campaign creation and management
- Creator discovery and matching
- Content submission and review
- Payment processing and escrow services
- Analytics and performance tracking
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3.2 Account Types
- Brand Accounts: For businesses seeking content creators
- Creator Accounts: For content creators seeking campaigns
- Admin Accounts: For platform administrators
3.3 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Do not share your account credentials
- Do not create multiple accounts for the same person/entity
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Submit false or misleading information
- Engage in fraudulent activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload malicious content or code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Interfere with the service's operation
4.2 Content Guidelines
- Content must be original or properly licensed
- No hate speech, violence, or illegal content
- No spam or misleading information
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Follow platform-specific guidelines (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

5.1 Brand Responsibilities
- Provide clear campaign briefs and requirements
- Set realistic deadlines and budgets
- Respond to creator inquiries promptly
- Pay creators according to agreed terms
- Provide constructive feedback
5.2 Creator Responsibilities
- Submit original, high-quality content
- Meet campaign deadlines
- Follow brand guidelines and requirements
- Provide accurate performance metrics
- Maintain professional communication
5.3 Campaign Terms
- All campaigns are subject to platform approval
- Payment terms are clearly stated in each campaign
- Disputes are resolved through platform mediation
- Campaign modifications require mutual agreement
6. Payment and Financial Terms
6.1 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed through Midtrans
- Platform fees are clearly disclosed
- Escrow services protect both parties
- Refunds follow platform policies
6.2 Creator Payments
- Payments are released upon content approval
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply
- Processing times vary by payment method
- Tax obligations are the user's responsibility
6.3 Platform Fees
- Platform fees are calculated per campaign
- Fees are deducted from campaign budgets
- Fee structure is transparent and disclosed
- No hidden charges or fees
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 User Content
- Users retain ownership of their content
- Users grant license to use content for campaigns

- Users can revoke licenses with notice
7.2 Platform Content
- Platform content is owned by Wefluence
- Users may not copy or distribute platform content
- Trademarks and logos are protected
